Prototypes and Models

We use 3D CAD files to manufacture working prototypes and models using SLA’s, SLS’s and vacuum castings from silicon tooling. From these files we can manufacture low cost aluminium tools or use our modular tooling system for sampling and low volume production runs.

We have in-house modular tools with interchangeable inserts that can be used for prototypes and low quantity production runs using aluminium inserts, or for medium sized batch quantities we use pre-toughened or fully hardened steel inserts.
